Responsibilities:
Greet patients and handle check-in and check-out procedures.
Manage patient appointments using specify software if applicable , including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation processes.
Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide patients with information about our services.
Maintain patient records with accuracy and ensure confidentiality at all times.
Process billing and handle insurance claims and verifications.
Assist in managing office inventory and ordering dental supplies.
Facilitate smooth communication between patients and dental staff.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role; experience in a dental office is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient with office software and phone systems.
Organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
A friendly and professional demeanor.
